Sports upgrades in Melbourne’s north and east are well on track to keep local clubs playing, with some facilities already finished and many nearing completion as part of a $68 million investment in local sports facilities while we build North East Link.

Change room facilities at Veneto Club in Bulleen, are finished and ready for use. The new facilities can accommodate multiple teams, including FC Bulleen Lions, as well as a separate space for match officials. Work on the new soccer pitch is also progressing well with light towers installed and synthetic turf now complete.
