April - May Community Engagement Report now released
Published: 14 August 2018
We hosted more than 2000 people to our information sessions in April and May this year, following the release of our early project designs. The main issues people wanted to raise included noise and traffic, walking and cycling and public transport.
People told us they want better local access and to maintain the existing routes for travelling from home to work, school and the shops.
We also received requests to upgrade the Diamond Creek Roundabout, and to look after culturally significant and environmentally sensitive areas as well as open space.
A report summarising the feedback has now been released. Communities will be able to see how their feedback informed the design in the next design update in late 2018.
